摘要
本文研究了氯化铵催化腰果酚与甲醛反应的动力学和影响反应的一些参数,如腰果酚与甲醛的摩尔比、催化剂的浓度以及反应温度。研究表明此反应对甲醛浓度服从一级反应动力学规律,并得其总反应速率常数表达式为:k_总=4.796×10^(-2)·C_(NH_4Cl)^(0.75)·R_(F/C)^(-0.23)·e^(-2.28/T×10^(-3))。
The kinetics of reaction between cardanol and formaldehyde catalyzed by ammonium chloride, has been studied and effects of reaction process parameters, i.e. ,catalyst concentration, cardanol-formaldehyde molal ratio and temperature have been investigated. The result of experiments has shown that this reaction is following a first-order chemical reaction to formaldehyde at all conditions, and formula of overall reaction rate constant has been obtained as follows:
