摘要
X射线位相衬度成像是进行生物、医学和材料科学研究的一种新的重要手段。在中国科学院高能物理研究所北京同步辐射装置4W1A光束线和形貌站;;用三种单色光学模式和位相的二阶导数衬度成像机理;;对一系列样品进行了研究。已观察到较大面积样品内边界增强的位相衬度图像;;如小鱼、SD大鼠的肺组织;;空间分辨率在几μm量级。
X-ray phase-contrast imaging is an important diagnostic tool in medicine, biology and materials science. At the Beamline 4W1A and TOP station of the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility ( BSRF ) in China, a series of samples were investigated using three monochromatic modes of optics and based on a mechanism of quadratic dif- ferential phase contrast . We have observed phase contrast images with edge enhancement for structure of large-area samples, such as fingerling and tissue of SD rat’s lungs etc., with a few μ m of spatial resolution.
