摘要
目的 提高对亚硝酸盐中毒临床症状的认识。方法 回顾性分析经检验证实的 4 8例亚硝酸盐中毒病例。结果 亚硝酸盐发病与饮食相关 ,临床表现多样 ,以紫绀为明显特征。结论 亚硝酸盐中毒易误诊 ,对疑似病例有必要早期检验以明确诊断 。
AIM To elevate the understanding of clinic characteristics about nitrite toxicosis. METHODS Rrteospective analysis of the 48 cases of nitrite poisoning which have been tested and conformed. RESULTS The outbreak of nitrete poisoning is related to diet.It has various clinic symptoms with cyanosis as a most distinct characteristic. CONCLUSIONS The study suggests that the illness can be misdiagnosed.Therefore it is necessary that suspicious patient should be examined early to get a correct diagnose for fear that any ill effect happens.
