摘要
文章旨在介绍一种新型电力系统区域稳定控制装置--RCS-992A系列电网稳定紧急控制装置。对稳控装置的基本要求进行了简要阐述,并介绍了装置的硬件实现、软件平台、基本判据、功能特点及系统结构。并在此基础上对装置在"黔电送粤"稳控工程中的实际应用做了简要说明。
This paper introduces a kind of new power system regional security and stability equipment RCS - 992 A series power network stability emergency control equipment. After the basic requirements for stability equipment are elaborated briefly, the hardware, software platform, basic criterion, function characteristics and structure of system are introduced in this paper. The application in stability control project of 'sending power from Guizhou to Guangdong'is explained briefly.
