摘要
文章分析了造成低压缸变形的原因,并论述了低压缸变形对低压轴承运行稳定性的影响。针对机组先天存在的薄弱环节,采用多种控制手段、改造措施及检修工艺对机组进行了综合治理,将机组振动水平控制在允许范围内,有效地保证了机组的安全运行。
This paper analyzes the reason of distortion of low pressure casing, and discusses the effects of distortion of low pressure casing on operation stability of low pressure bearing. According to congenital and existent weak link of the Unit, the comprehensive treatments with various control means and retrofit measures and overhaul technology for the Unit are carried out, which control the vibration level of the Unit in allowable range and guarantee the safe operation of the Unit efficiently.
