XRFA直接测定高冰镍中镍、铜、钴、铁和硫

摘要 采用粉末压片法制样,X射线荧光光谱法直接测定高冰镍中镍、铜、钴、铁和硫等5个元素。使用德国SIEMENS SRS300型顺序式X射线荧光光谱仪,经验系数法校正元素间效应。其分析范围是:Ni40%~56%,Cu20%~30%,Co0.4%~0.9%,Fe2.0%~5.0%,S20%~26%。分析结果与化学法相符,方法准确、简便、快速,成本低,精密度高,各元素分析标准偏差均小于0.08。适于高冰镍的日常分析及监控高冰镍冶炼的中间产品。 Nickel, copper,cobalt, iron and sulphur in high nickel matte were determined directly by XRFA using powder samples pressing method. SIEMENS Spectra 300 software package was used, and absorption and enhancement effects of interelements could be corrected by Lucas-Tooth intensity correction equation. The analysis ranges were as follows: Cu 20%-30%, Ni 40%-56%, Co 0.4%-0.9%, Fe 2.0%-5.0%, S 20%-26%. The results obtained by this method agreed with those obtained by chemical analysis. The precision of measurement was very high. Their RSD were Cu 0.28%, Ni 0.13%, Co 0.34%, Fe 0.56%, S 0.19%. This method has the features of accuracy, simplicity, cheapness and rapidity, etc, satisfactory to the high nickel matte metallurgy processing control.
