摘要
公共管理(学)的发展,需要我们对公共管理的主体、客体和方法等基本问题作更进一步的研究和探讨,尤其要注意我国公共管理与西方公共管理的本质不同。
The development of the public management science needs us to make the further studies and exploration on the basic problems including the main body、object and methods of the public management, in particular, we should pay much attention to the difference in essence between the public management in China and the Western public management. [
