摘要
分析了凤神蓝鸟EQ7200-II支架变形产生原因,计算了发动机罩下落对散热器支架产生冲击力。介绍了工位器具改进设计,改进后散热器支架变形明显消除,发动机罩扣合不良问题得到解决。
The cause of the EQ7200-II car radiator support deformation is analysed ;the shock power of a engine cover droping at radiator support is calculated.After the tool is improved,the radiator sup - port is not out of shape and the problem of engine cover lock is solved.
