摘要
Z向分离型振动切削的精密微细切削特性,以往是由“刚性化理论”进行解释的,具有一定局限性。本文应用动力学分析和弹塑性理论综合分析了振动切削抑制工艺系统变形和加工表面回弹,从而实现精密微细切削的机理,并通过实验证实了理论分析的正确性。
. In former times,the mechanism of precision micro-cutting in Z-direction separative vibration cutting had been explained with the cutting system rigidity,but it has certain limitations. In this paper,the two dimensional vibration cutting process in which machined surface was repeatedly cut by tool edge has been analyzed with dynamics analysis and elastic theory as well as plastic theory. It has been revealed that vibration cutting can reduce spring back of machined surface and system deformation,and realize precision micro-cutting. The rationality of theory analysis has been verified by experiments.
