复合辅酶制剂对中长跑运动员疲劳消除和运动能力的影响

Effects of Complex Co-enzyme on Middle and Long Distance Runners' Competition Performance and Relief of Fatigue

摘要 对复合辅酶制剂的临床研究表明,10名业余中长跑运动员使用复合辅酶制剂后600m跑速度明显提高,血乳酸相对下降。血红蛋白水平提高,基础心率稳定,提示该制剂对运动疲劳的推迟和消除有一定的作用。 A clinic study of comlex co-enzyme was made on 10 selected amateurish middle and long distance runners. The result shows that, after taking complex co-enzyme, the runners' speed of 600m running obviously increased, with their Bla declining, Hb rising and the rhythm of the heart keeping stable. The study proved a certain role of complex co-enzyme in relieving fatigue.
