高能冲击仪及其试验研究

摘要 高能冲击可碎性试验是一种实验室试验方法,该方法简单、可靠、成本低。试验所得的高能冲击功指数和产品粒度分布,可用来预测细碎及超细碎圆锥破碎机的生产单位功耗和所需产品粒度分布,测定精度可达1.6%。文章简介了高能冲击仪的结构和测定方法,以及试验工艺方面的探索,并通过实例说明了试验结果的应用方法。 High-energy impact crushability test is one among laboratory tests which is simple, reliable and cheap. The high-energy impact work index and product size distribution of ore samples can be obtained in the test which can be used to predict the power rate and product size distribution of cone crushers for fine and ultra-fine crushing with 1.6% accuracy. The high-energy impact device developed by our institute and its operating method are briefed in this paper. Research for the test procedure is described in detail with a case application of the test results explained.
