摘要
在中国已加入WTO的背景下,如何推行监理职业责任保险已成为一个急需解决的问题.依据市场调查的结果,结合我国的监理制度和国际上职业责任保险的惯例,对监理职业责任保险的保险责任、被保险人、除外责任以及保险费等基本问题进行了研究,提出了监理职业责任保险制度的基本框架,对推行该制度需要解决的一些问题,也提出了具体的建议和意见.
On the background of China entering WTO,how to implement professional liability insurance for supervision engineers has become an imminent problem which needs to be solved. Based on the result of market investigations, combining with the supervision system in China and the international practice of professional liability insurance, some basic problems about professional liability insurance for supervision engineers, such as insurance liability, assured, coverage exclusions and premium are discussed, and some concrete suggestions and opinions about how to implement professional liability insurance in China are given.
