摘要
中国城镇贫困群体的存在,有着特定的历史和社会背景。总的来讲与社会转型有关。具体来说,主要有计划经济体制的影响;收入分配制度不合理,收入差距过分悬殊;工业化进程中的结构调整;城镇劳动力市场供求失衡;社会保障制度改革滞后等。
Nowadays the problem of poor communities in towns in China appears.To a certain extent, it is due to the special historical and social background.Generally speaking,it has something to do with the social transition.Especially,there are:the influence of planned economy system;the irrational income distribution system and extreme disparity in income;the structural adjustment in the process of industrialization;the supply and the demand of labor market in cities and towns are out-of- balance;and the delayed reformation of social security system,etc
