摘要
政治文明与依法治国都是建立在一定的社会关系之上 ,代表社会前进的方向和程度 ,为整个社会所追求的文明形态和秩序形态。二者相互作用 ,相互促进 ,具有内在的、密切的联系。依法治国 ,是政治文明的核心内容 ,是建设社会主义政治文明的战略选择。建设社会主义政治文明的提出 ,将对依法治国基本方略的全面落实产生重大而深远的影响 ,将使法治运行的各个方面、各个环节进一步向政治文明的方向发展。
Both political civilization and ruling the country by law are based on certain social relationships and represent the direction and degree of social development. At the same time, they are also a civilized and orderly state pursued by the whole society. The two interact with and promote each other and are innately and closed interrelated. Ruling the country by law is the core of political civilization and represents a strategic choice for socialist political civilization construction. The advocacy of socialist political civilization construction will have a profound influence on the all-round implementation of the basic principles of ruling the country by law.
