摘要
GNP 中内在地包含一些非福利成份,如果忽视之且一味地追求以 GNP 所度量的经济增长,必然会导致经济的不可持续发展。因此,我们必须进行一系列观念的和制度的变革,包括以经济发展观代替经济增长观;改变由市场经济所强加的非理性的幸福观;尊重后代的利益,提高资源跨代配置的效率。
GNP inherently contains non-welfare components.Ignoring this fact and taking economic growth in terms of GNP as the only ob- jective inevitably leads to unsustainable development of economy.Thus,we must make a series of conceptual and institutional innovations, including substituting economic development view for economic growth view,changing our irrational happiness view imposed by market e- conomy,and showing respect for our descendants' interests to raise the efficiency of the cross-generation allocation of resources.
