摘要
本报介绍了对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)高速熔融纺丝的分子取向与物性变化,提出了决定纤维高分子物性的诸因子。PET纤维大分子的取向、结晶和密度与纺丝速度密切相关;纤维机械力学性质以4000m/min纺丝速度为界,有明显的差别。
This paper is the first part of chapter two of a serial.The chapter one which en-
titled “mechanism of spinning and fiber formation”had been publishing in the previous is-
sues of this journal.In this paper,the author mainly introduced the progress of spinning
technology and technological content,discussed the fundamental concepts and parameters
of the crystallinity and orientation of polyethylene terephthalate(PET).
