摘要
高聚物分子中通常含有若干种热稳性不同的官能团。其中,热稳定性最低的最先破坏并引发其它官能团的分解。利用红外光谱吸光度的差减可以对官能团的热稳定性进行排序。我们利用这种方法对用二氨基二苯砜(DDS)固化的二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油醚(TGDDM环氧树脂)中官能团在300℃下的热稳定性进行了排序。
A polymer molecule normally contains several different functional groups with diferent thermal stabilities. Sometimes the least stable group may degrade very fast and also initiate the degradation of another functional groups. The difference absorbances of infrared spectra can be used to rank the stability of each of the functional groups existing in a polymeric materials. We rank the thermal stability of the functional groups in a cured N,N,N', N'-te-traglycidol 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane (TGDDM) with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS)-at 300 C , with a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.
