摘要
中国股市近年来大幅下跌,走出了与经济增长相背离的态势。本文试图从“信息不对称”的角度来分析其中的原因,并就如何消除 “信息不对称”提出了建议。
The index of China’s securities market was down heavily in recent years,while the economic growth in China was n the state of going up. This paper tends to find out the causing factors of such phenomenon from the angle of “asymmetric nformation”, and to give some suggestions on how to avoid it in China’s securities market.
