摘要
采用分步交换法制备铝Keggin离子柱层状磷酸锡。产物经 5 0 0℃焙烧处理 ,得到层间距为 1 35nm的氧化铝柱层状材料 (比母体α SnP的层间距高出 0 5 7nm) ,而且Al7+ 13 柱化程度大大优于直接法合成的产物。比较了不同柱化方法的柱化效果 ,以有机胺水解AlCl3 制备的含铝Keggin离子柱化剂的柱化效果明显好于无机碱水解体系。XRD ,IR ,TG DTA等分析结果证实有机胺在铝Keggin离子柱化过程中起重要作用。
The synthesis of aluminum keggin-pillarded layered α-tin phosphate(α-SnP)was reported in this paper.The alumina-pillared layered phosphate with interlayer distance 1.35 nm was prepared by calcination of the Al^(7+)_(13)-pillared resultants at 500℃.The influences of pillaring species prepared by various hydrolyzing methods were investigated.Two pillaring procedures were also compared on the pillaring effects,and characterizations of the as-synthesized samples were performed by XRD,TG-DTA and IR spectra.
