微细球形铝粉爆炸特性的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 从工业安全角度出发,在三种不同实验装置上对五种粒度(直径由3~30μm)的球形铝粉的爆炸特性进行了全面、系统的实验研究。研究结果主要给出了铝粉在封闭容器的爆炸过程中,其粉末浓度、粒度、含氧量和初始扬尘湍度强度对爆炸后的最大压力升值、最大能量释放率和最低极限着火粉尘浓度的影响。结果表明:铝粉粒度和含氧量是对铝粉爆炸参数有最主要影响的两个因素。 This paper is concerned with the experimental determination of the explosion characteristics in the aluminum dust-air mixtures. The aluminum dust particles with a size in the region of 3 to 30 μm in diameter,the dust concentration of 150 to 1500 g/m3,were tested in the present study. Experiments were carried out in two closed combustion vessels with almost the same volume (-20 liter) but with different shapes for the vessel and locations for the igniter. A dispersion system with two linear perforated pipes which can uniformly spread the dust in the tube was developed. A systematic study of the influence of the dust particle size,dust concentration, dispersion-induced turbulence and the content of O2 and N2 in the air on the explosion characteristics in aluminum dust-air mixtures was conducted. Experimental results demonstrate that the particle size and the content of O2 are the two factors which effect the explosibility in aluminum dust-air mixtures sharply. Some mechanisms of explosion in aluminum dust-air mixtures have been discussed.
