摘要
在振动攻丝过程中,切削扭矩直接反映了丝锥工作状况.利用小波包分解对信号进行精确细分,有效地提取扭矩信号能量的频带分布特征,可用于监测丝锥的工作状况.试验表明,这一特征能够有效地分辨出正常丝锥与磨钝丝锥及不同工作条件下丝锥的工况,从而为振动攻丝过程的监测奠定基础.
The cutting torque represents the tap status on the vibration tapping. The feature of the torque signal can be extracted effectively by wavelet packet analysis, which can be used to monitor the whole process of the vibration tapping. The experiment showed that these features could be used to distinguish different conditions of normal, blunt taps status and different conditional tapping process, which lay a foundation for monitoring the vibration tapping process.
