摘要
提出了一种分析反应过程潜在环境影响的方法。该方法通过产生最小潜在环境影响的反应过程,来分析降低反应过程潜在环境影响产生量的方向及其改进潜力;利用摩尔反应潜在环境影响增量ΔPEI_i 和反应过程中各反应的潜在环境影响产生率(x_(PEI))_i,来寻找影响该反应过程产生潜在环境影响的关键反应;然后,通过相应的反应动力学和热力学以及一些经验规则和知识,便可以得出削减过程潜在环境影响产生量的改进措施。以列管式反应器内乙苯催化脱氢反应为例说明了该方法的应用。
An approach to analyze potential environmental impact(PEI)in reaction processes is presented.Reaction process genera-ting a minimum of PEI is used to analyze the directions to reduce the PEI generated in a certain reaction process,and reveal modifica-tion potential of this process.PEI increment per mol extent △PEI and ratio of generated PEI(x_(PEI)_i of the ith reaction in a reactionprocess are used to identify the key reactions affecting the generation of PEI significantly.By virtue of the corresponding reaction kinet-ics and thermodynamics as well as some heuristic rules,modification alternatives for reducing the generated PEI are then derived.Theapplication of the approach is illustrated using the reaction of dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to produce styrene within tube type reac-tor.
