摘要
生产棉涤双弹织物既要保证织物弹性 ,又要达到一定的染色效果 ,就必须对生产工艺进行特殊设计。采用低碱冷轧堆前处理 ;分散 /活性浸染染色 ;后整理时加大拉幅定形机超喂量 ,避免经向拉伸而影响弹性 ;为防止水洗尺寸变化进行预缩处理 ,从而获得了理想的染色效果。
Dyeing and finishing process of polyester/cotton two-way elastic fabric should be designed specially for both elasticity and dyeing effects. So suitable process is presented as follows: low concentration of alkali and cold pad-batch pretreatment, dip dyeing with disperse/reactive dyes, increased overfeed ratio on stenter setting machine during after treatment so as to avoid warp stretch. Preshrunk process should be carried out for dimensional stability, so ideal dyeing results are available.
