摘要
目的设计新的头孢哌酮钠的合成路线。方法头孢哌酮钠的三位合成采用三氟化硼工艺 ,反应中采用绿色环保溶剂碳酸二甲酯 ,使生产成本降低 ,避免了对环境的污染。结果与结论以 7 ACA计 ,经 3步主反应制备得到头孢哌酮钠 ,总收率为 5 5 0 8% ,在合成中间体 7 ACT盐酸盐时 ,使用污染少、易回收的碳酸二甲酯作为反应溶剂 ,符合环保、安全生产要求 ,且未见相关报道。其目标化合物的结构经红外光谱。
Aim To design a new synthetic route of cefoperazone sodium.Method The three steps of synthesis of cefoperazone sodium used boron trifluoride technology and the solvent of reaction used green environmental solvent,which lowered the cost price and decreased the pollution.Result and conclusion The total yield was 55.08% from 7-ACA.The green solvent dimethyl carbonate was used in the three steps of synthesis of cefoperazone sodium and has not been reported.Its structure was comfirmed by IR,~1H-NMR and MS.
