摘要
在NaOH碱性介质中,Fe(CN)3-6可直接氧化多巴酚丁胺产生化学发光,据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了直接化学发光测定多巴酚丁胺的方法。方法的线性范围和检出限分别为0.5~100μg·ml-1和0.3μg·ml-1,相对标准偏差(n=11)为1.1%。方法用于药物中多巴酚丁胺含量的测定,结果满意。
A new chemiluminescence (CL) system hyphenated with flow injection technique for the determination of dobutamine(DBA) was described. It was based on the CL reaction of dobutamine and hexacyanoferrate(Ⅲ) in sodium hydroxide medium. The proposed method has a linear range for the determination was found between 0.5~100μg·ml^(-1) and the detection limit to be 0.3μg·ml^(-1). The RSD was found to be 1.1% for 11 measurements at the concentration level of 10μg·ml^(-1). The method has been used to determine dobutamine in medicine with satisfactory results.
