摘要 本文对锌浸出渣挥发窑窑衬破损机理进行了系统研究.研究表明,镁砖窑衬的侵蚀机理主要是酸浸渣在高温下向镁砖内部逐步渗透,使砖衬的已变带与渣带接触处形成大量的Fe_3O_4+FeO及FeO_2O_3,导致已变带边部的MgO颗粒大多沿晶界处被剥落下来,使酸浸渣沿缝隙贯入,造成MgO颗粒分解,由于有的颗粒表面形成两组垂直解理,砖的结构就变为疏松,严重部位已被熔融成孤立的港湾状,这样窑衬就会在炉料的机械磨损下不断被破损. In this paper, the damage mechanism of Zn leaching cinder volatile kiln lining is studied. The corrosion mechanism of magnesia - brick kiln lining is that acid leaching cinder permeates into magnesia bricks progressively at high temperatures and produces a lot of Fe_3O_4+ FeO and Fe_2O_3 between the reaction zone and cinder zone, causing peeling off of magnesite grains along the grain boundaries at the edge of the reaction zone and enabling the acid leaching cinder to penetrate into bricks through fissures and decompose the MgO grains. Some grain surfaces form two groups of vertical cleavages loosening the brick structure and even forming harbors. Finally, the kiln lining is damaged gradually under the mechanical wear of the furnace charge.
