摘要
"双师型"教师在知识能力方面不仅应具备本专业扎实的理论知识和丰富的教学经验,而且具有较强的解决本专业技术问题的能力。加快"双师型"师资队伍建设步伐是实现高职高专特色办学的重要途径。加强高职高专"双师型"师资队伍建设,应引进与在岗培训相结合,适当扩大兼职教师比例。
The article points out the problems existed in our college's teachers construction and puts forward the ways to 'dual-professorship' quicken teachers construction and specific measures to run a vocational college with our own characteristic.
