摘要
分析了茶学专业教学改革的背景和对茶学专业学生知识、能力、素质结构的要求,研究了茶学专业理论教学体系和实践教学体系的改革内容,提出了加强实验实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、教材建设及建立产学研相结合的机制等配套措施.
The teaching reform background of tea speciality and the requirements for students' knowledge, ability and quality were analysed. The contents of its theory-teaching and practice-teaching to be reformed were discussed. Besides, the corresponding measures to strengthen the construction of experimental and practice bases, to enhance textbook quality and teacher quality, and to build a mechanism to integrate production, teaching and research were put forward.
