摘要
目的 探讨闭合性腹部损伤的早期诊断方法 ,提高诊断水平。方法 对 98例闭合性腹部损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全部病人均做了相应的辅助检查 ,腹腔穿刺是确诊的主要检查手段 ,部分病人选择性的做了腹部B超、CT和X光检查 ,3项诊断检查阳性率均在 90 %以上。结论 闭合性腹部损伤早期在全面细致的体格检查后 ,针对病史选择性进行一些必要的辅助检查 ,可显著提高临床确诊率。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis of closed abdominal injury and increase the level of diagnosis. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 98 cases with closed abdominal injury. Results All the patients have done the assistant examination. The major diagnosis examination was abdominal parapcentesis. Some of the patients choose other examinations including abdominal B ultrasound, CT and X-ray. All these three examination had positive diagnoses rate over 90%. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis rate had been improved obviously after overall and attentive physical examination early and choose some necessary assistant measures.
