摘要
选用 1日龄的雪峰乌骨鸡 ,满足其他营养素的条件下 ,在基础饲粮中分别添加 0 0 0 % ,0 0 6 % ,0 12 % ,0 18% ,0 2 4 %的合成蛋氨酸 ,配成 5组饲粮 ,分别饲养五组试鸡 ,测定其肉用性能指标 ,其结果表明 :0~ 4周龄 ,胸肌沉积率 :0 18%组分别显著高于对照组及 0 0 6 %组 腿肌沉积率 :0 12 %组、 0 18%组、 0 2 4 %组分别显著高于对照组 ,0 0 6 %组极显著高于对照组 5~ 8周龄 ,屠宰产量 :0 12 %组显著高于对照组 胸肌沉积率和腿肌沉积率 :0 12 %组、 0 18%组分别显著高于对照组 腹脂沉积率 :0 12 %组显著低于对照组 因此 ,在代谢能为12 32MJ/kg、粗蛋白质为 2 1 0 0 %的营养水平下 ,认为雪峰乌骨鸡 0~ 4周龄适宜的蛋氨酸水平为 0 4 8% ;在代谢能为 11 92MJ/kg、粗蛋白质为 19 4 0 %的营养水平下 ,5~ 8周龄适宜的蛋氨酸水平为 0 4 2 %
Xuefeng black-bone chickens(1 day-old)were used to investigate optimum methionine level of the diets. Meeting the other nutrients requirement other than methionine, the diets (meal-corn) supplemented with different level of methionine (0.00%, 0.06%,0.12%,0.18%,0.24%) were assigned to feed the treetment birds. Mensurated flesh performance, the main results were as follow. Deposition ratio of chest muscles: 0.18% group was significantly higher than control group and 0.06% group. Deposition ratio of leg muscles: 0.12% group and 0.18% group and 0.24% group were significantly higher than control group, 0.06% group was very significantly higher than control group. Butchered output: 0.12% group was significantly higher than control group. Deposition ratio of chest muscles and leg muscles: 0.12% group and 0.18% group were significantly higher than control group. The fat depositing ratio of belly: 0.12% group was significantly lower than control group. So, under ME: 12.32MJ/Kg and CP: 21%, it is suggested that optimum methionine level in Xue-Feng black-bone chickens is 0.48% for 0~ 4 weeks birds. Under ME: 11.92MJ/Kg and CP: 19.4% , it is suggested that optimum methionine level in Xue-Feng black-bone chickens is 0.42% for 5~8 weeks birds.
