摘要
应用大白菜自交不亲和系配制一代杂交种 ,在隔离区内大白菜花期投放适量的蜂群 ,以研究蜜蜂授粉对大白菜杂交制种产量与质量的影响。试验结果表明 ,在长势中等、长势旺盛的大白菜地块配制强壮蜂群授粉比较合理 ,制种区内有足量的大白菜花株保证蜜蜂群有稳定的花粉源 ,可提高大白菜杂交制种产量 70 %以上。使用该项技术生产的大白菜杂交种子质量经省、市鉴定 ,达到国家一级种子标准。
Pollination effects on the yield and quality of the hybrid seed of Chinese cabbage were investigated by putting the bee colony on the isolated plots at flowering phase. The results showed that the yield of seed production in the middle and good growth vigor plots can be increased by 70% because of the enough and stable pollen supply and that the seed quality (produced) by the method comes up to the state first-class standard.
