摘要
采用相转移方法合成了四种抗静电剂,使用HDPE为基材,应用混炼的方法使抗静电剂均匀地分散于树脂中,通过测量其表面电阻率ρs,对抗静电剂的活性进行了比较,并对影响抗静电效果的因素进行了研究。
Four antistatic agents were synthesized by phase transfer catalysis in this paper. On the basis of HDPE, antistatic composites were obtained by using, blend method, which comprised of antistatic agents A, B, C and D, respectively. The surface resistivity of composites was measured, and the relationship between antistatic activity and molecule structure were studied. In addition, the factors which influence antistatic results were studied.
