中国当前货币政策调控需要探讨的是,中央银行调控的政策意图如何有效地传导并实现货币、信贷的预期调控目标。该文介绍了近年来中央银行货币政策无法有效传导的表现,分析了传导机制失效的原因,并指出了央行近期和中期的努力方向。
Noteworthy in China's current monetary policy is how the central bank's policy intentions can be transmitted effectively and realize the pre-set objectives of adjusting money and credit.With an introduction to the failure of the central bank's monetary policy to be effectively transmitted in recent years,this paper analyzes reasons behind ineffective transmission and points out short and medium-term orientations for central bank efforts.
