摘要
目的 研究板栗花的活性成分。方法 应用硅胶柱色谱和薄层色谱进行分离 ,应用波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到两个黄酮苷类化合物 ,分别鉴定为山萘酚 3 O (6″ 反式 对 香豆酰基 ) α D 甘露吡喃糖苷 (1 )和山萘酚 3 O (6″ ,4″ 双 反式 对 香豆酰基 ) α D 甘露吡喃糖苷 (2 )。结论 化合物 1 ,2均为新化合物 ,命名为栗苷A和栗苷B。
Aim To study the bioactive constituents from the flower of Castanea mollissima Blume. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and polyamide.Structures were determined by various spectroscopic data,including UV, IR, 1 H and 13 CNMR, EIMS and FABMS, 1 H 13 C COSY and HMBC. Results Two compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract and the structures were elucidated as kaempferol 3 O [6″ ( E ) p coumaroyl] α D mannopyranoside (1) and kaempferol 3 O [6″,4″ di ( E ) p coumaroyl] α D mannopyranoside (2). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds,named castanoside A and B respectirely.
