摘要
利用富含β-胡萝卜素的甜橙、胡萝卜和有明目保健作用的枸杞、菊花、密蒙花等原料合理配合,以砂糖、柠檬酸、CMC、黄原胶、乙基麦芽酚等为辅料,经过单因子试验、正交试验、稳定剂筛选试验,研究并确定了复合饮料的最佳配方。按此配方生产的饮料产品,不仅营养丰富,风味独特,而且具有一定的明目保健作用。
Because of the environmental pollution and the strengthening of the Public's healthy conception, food consumption situation has undergone wholly new changes. The public is strongly seeking the wholly natural and functional food. Developing the wholly natural and mixed healthful food by using vegetables and fruit and some Chinese medicines with healthful functions are the current development direction. Data have showed the eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma and blurred vision are markedly increasing, the chrysanthemum, fruit of Chinese wolfberry and Flos buddlejae with the function of removing nebula were used to match each other, and the sugar, citric acid, CMC, xanthan gum and ethyl maltol were used as the supplementary materials, the optimum formula of the mixed beverage was researched, then determined by single factor tests, orthogonal test and choosing tests of stabilizing agents. According to this formula, the beverage product was prepared which has not only the rich nutrients and unique flavor, but healthful function with removed nebula.
