为了提高传热效率 ,对微犁 /拉削柱面三维微翅结构进行了研究 ,着重分析了三维几何结构参数的优化设计及翅片加工成形过程 ,讨论了加工过程中的轴向拉力和周向推力 ,分析了微犁 /拉削方法产生的翻边毛刺的形成机理 ,并通过试验确定了三角形拉削刀具的前角γ0 、刀尖角 β及拉削深度αp
To improve the heat transfer efficiency, the structure of the cylindrical three-dimension fin machined by micro-ploughing/broaching was studied, putting a special emphasis on the optimization design of the three-dimension geometrical structure parameters, the formation process of the fin, the axial tensile force and circumferential stress in the machining process, as well as the formation mechanism of flanging burrs in the application of micro-ploughing/broaching method. The effects of the rake angle γ 0, the tool angle β and the broaching deepness α p on the burrs were also investigated by experiments.
