培养创新人才的基础在教育,高校作为培养创新精神和创新人才的重要阵地,要责无旁贷地承担起培养学生创新意识的使命,努力创建有利于大学生创新素质培养的机制.
The base of cultivating is education, so colleges and universities, which is often regarded as important base of cultivating innovative spirit and talents , should take the response of students' innovative sense and construct the mechanism of college students' innovative diathesis.
