摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立，各类毕业生的就业已经逐步过渡到双向选择、自主选择模式。在新形势下，尽早地有效地对大中专院校学生进行求职择业指导，特别是帮助、指导学生树立正确的择业观念，是大中专院校搞好学生思想品德教育的重要组成部分。
With the founding of our nations market economic system college graducates have to choose their employers or be chosen by their employers,no assignment any more.It is important for the colleges to help and instruct the graducates why and how to choose their career.
