本文主要讨论与行政管理相关的行政法。作者首先总结了上个世纪美国行政法的中心要素并揭示它们发展和转型的过程 ,然后论述了美国在面临不断增加的行政疲劳的情况下为实现管制目的而发展出来的新方法及其对行政法的意义 ,最后简要介绍了新出现的行政法的国际性方面。
The paper focuses on administrative law in relation to government regulation. It first briefly summarizes the central elements of administrative law in the United States over the past century and shows how they carry forward, reconfigured, into our current era, then assesses the emerging new methods for achieving regulatory goals in the face of growing administrative fatigue and the implication of those new methods for administrative law, and finally concludes with a précis of the emerging international aspects of administrative law.
