摘要
分析了太原市防洪特点 ,阐述了城市防洪治理应全面规划 ,按标准设防 ,治理污水、垃圾 ,做好交通组织 ,绿化美化 。
The paper analyzes the flood control characteristic in Taiyuan City. It also states that the urban flood control treatment should be fully planned and should set the defense in accordance with standards to treat sewage, refuse and do well the traffic organization, greening and beautification. This is the necessary selection for implementation of flood control planning in the citification course.
