钇四对甲氧基苯基卟啉配合物([Y(TMOPP)(H_2O)_3]Cl)的伏安行为及其与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对钇 四对甲氧基苯基卟啉配合物([Y(TMOPP)(H2O)3]Cl)修饰玻碳电极的伏安行为进行了研究,发现它在膜里的氧化还原性质与其在非水溶剂中的电极反应过程存在着差异。该修饰电极膜中的配合物能与牛血清白蛋白发生相互作用,结果不仅使其氧化还原波形有所改变,而且峰电流也随牛血清白蛋白的浓度的增大而不断减小。峰电流的变化(ΔIp)与牛血清白蛋白的浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内符合:ΔIp=1.144×104C+0.2226(r2=0.9923)关系式。荧光光谱法的测量也证明了牛血清白蛋白与[Y(TMOPP)(H2O)3]存在着相互作用。 The voltammetric behavior of yttrium-tetrakis (4-methoxylphenyl) porphyrin ([Y(TMOPP)(H_2O)_3]Cl) modified glassy carbon electrode was investigated. It was found that the electrochemical characteristics of the [Y(TMOPP)(H_2O)_3]Cl thin film are different from that in solution. The interaction of the [Y(TMOPP)(H_2O)_3]Cl thin film with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was also studied. Experimental results show that the shape of the redox peaks change substantially, accompanied by a noticeable decrease in the peak currents upon increasing the concentration of BSA, indicating a very strong interaction between the modified electrode and BSA. Supporting evidence was found in fluorescence spectrometric experiments in BSA solution containing various amounts of the [Y(TMOPP)(H_2O)_3]Cl complex. It was also found that the peak currents decreases linearly with increasing BSA concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1) with the following linear regression equation: ΔI_p=1.144×10~4C+0.2226, and a correlation coefficient of r^2=0.9923. The modified electrode can be used in the determination of BSA.
