摘要
投资、质量、工期是建设工程项目的三大控制目标,核心是投资问题。本文阐述了工程项目投资控制基本原理和要求,分析论证工程项目投资控制管理的重点关键环节。对提高工程项目投资控制管理水平的关键问题进行了初步探讨。
Investment,quality and the time limit for a project are the three control objectives for construction projects,and the core is investment.The paper expounds the basic principles of investment control of projects,analyzes and improves the important links of investment control management of projects.Some key problems of improving the management level of investment control of projects are primarily discussed.
