摘要
小麦新品种农鉴1号的抗倒伏性与其耐肥性较强有关;籽粒蛋白质含量高,是因为该品种灌浆期NR活力显著高于其它品种,且蛋白质含量与灌浆期NR活力呈极显著正相关(r=0.9029,p<0.01);分蘖力强是由于始蘖及分蘖期有比其它品种丰富的物质基础;在越冬期,农鉴1号在生理生化方面均能适应不良低温的影响,抗寒性强;在自然干旱胁迫下,农鉴1号在形态和生理上都有利于抗旱;该品种的早熟性归因于灌浆速率快,灌浆盛期至乳熟期NR活力、叶绿素衰减速率快。
Lodging resistance of the new wheat variety'Nong Jian No. 1'is relative to its intense nitrogen response. Its NR activity is higher than other varieties' during filling stage,its grain protein content is high,and has significant relation with NR activity during filling stage. Its intense tillering capacity is mainly from its basic substance richer than other varieties' during first tillering and midtillering stage. During winter,' Nong Jian No. 1'is adapted to effect of bad low temperature both physiologically and biochemically,so it has very high winter resistance. The morpha and physiology of 'Nong Jian No. 1' are all helpful to drought resistance under the natural drought stress. Its early ripeness is due to the quick filling speed, quick decrescence of NR activity and chlorophyll from mid—filling to milk stage
