摘要
以往的抗震加固设计方法主要是满足在各种荷载和地震作用下的承载能力,为了更好地对这类房屋进行抗震加固,本文提出了关于底部框架抗震墙砖房结构的抗震加固设计的基本方法,并结合具体的施工方法综合考虑了此类结构的刚度、强度、延性的影响,加固后可以确保此类房屋具有良好的整体抗震能力,该方法对实际工程有相当的参考价值。
