摘要
历史建筑的改造和再利用是现在建筑业界内的一个热门话题,在西方,对于历史建筑的改造和再利用已经占据了建筑工程总量的很大一部分比例,在中国,在进行着大规模城市建设的同时,也面临着如何对历史建筑的改造和再利用的问题。而且,这个问题已经变得非常的迫切,在城市建设的同时,如何保护好有价值的历史建筑,同时对这些历史建筑进行合理的改造和再利用,以继续发挥这些有价值的建筑物的作用是本文探讨的目的。
