摘要
在介绍移动代理(MA：mobile agent)和动态源路由(DSR：dynamic source routing)协议的基础上，提出了一种MA在移动Ad Hoc网络(MANET)网络层应用的新模型。在基本不增加网络有限带宽的情况下，该模型能够提高网络层的路由性能、实现分布式计算，并能够根据需要下载或运行其它移动节点的应用程序，然后返回结果．在一定意义上完成了层间代理和跨层设计的功能。
After introducing the mobile agent and dynamic source routing(DSR) protocol, a new MA model is proposed which is applied on the MANET network layer. Basically, there is no demand for extra bandwidth, and an improwed routing performance and distributed computing are achieved. Besides, the MA can download and run some application programs from other nodes on-demand and return the results, which complete the function of inter-layer agent and cross-layer design in some degree.
