人鼻咽上皮细胞株HNE-1染色体高分辨显带的研究 被引量:7

摘要 作者首次采用高分辨染色体G显带技术,对本室建立的人鼻咽癌上皮细胞株“湖南一号”(HNE-1)进行了细胞遗传学研究。HNE-1细胞株在第15代时,染色体数目变异在68—78之间,众数为74。所检细胞均含有结构异常的染色体。出现频率比较高的标记染色体15条,其中某些标记染色体只有在高分辨染色体上才清楚地显示出结构重排。此外还发现少数细胞内存在双微体和核内复制。与其它鼻咽癌上皮细胞株比较,发现7号染色体部分缺失del(7)(q32)在CNE、HNE-1及鼻咽癌活检组织中同时存在,这一标记染色体可能与鼻咽癌的发生有重要联系。 Cytogenetic analysis of an epithelial cell line of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (HNE-1) was carried out with high-resolution G-banding technique. The chromosome number at 15th passage varied from 68-78 and the modal number was 74, All cells analysed contained a series of structurally abnormal chromosomes. 15 marker chrom-omes were found frequently and some of them were identifled clearly only by high-resolution chromosome technique. DMs (double minutes) and endmitosis were also found in a small number of HNE-1 cells In accord with the finding in other epithelial cell fines of human NPC, the 'giant A' chromosome was not present. The partial deletion of 7q32-qter in CNE, HNE - 1 and biopsy specimen of human NPC might play an important role in the carcinogenesis of human NPC.
