摘要
介绍了产品可制造性评价的常用方法,指出了并行工程与传统工程设计的区别.针对高效棒材光整机的设计过程,基于并行工程(CE)思想,考虑原材料、现有制造资源、生产成本、相关行业的先进技术成果、现场应用等因素,对该机的零部件及某些功能单元的设计采用不同方法进行了可制造性分析评价,提出了更为合理的修改建议.
This paper introduces normal methods of product manufacturing ability evaluation and the difference between CE and traditional engineering design. Based on CE, raw material, the ready|made resources at the scene, cost, the advanced technological achievement of the relevant trade and the application at the scene among other factors, etc., we make a manufacturing ability evaluation of the center|less machine tool and put forward some reasonable proposals in terms of its parts and the designing insight of some functional units.
