摘要
今年是中华人民共和国立宪五十周年。纵观五十年来的修宪历程,宪法中指导思想、非公有制经济、私有财产权和社会保障制度四个方面的时代变迁,充分展现了有中国特色的社会主义宪法与时俱进、继往开来的特征。
This year celebrates the 50th anniversary of Constitution of the People's Republic of China. By recalling the 50-year history of modifying the constitution and reviewing the timely changes in four aspects (guiding ideology, non-public economy, private property right and social security system) this paper shows that the socialist constitution of Chinese characteristics advances with the time, carries forward the cause and forge ahead into the future.
