摘要
从全面建设小康社会、实现工业化目标出发,通过与西方劳动力流动模式的比较,可以建立符合中国国情的剩余劳动力转移模式,进而提出新的城乡差别观点———现阶段我国不仅不能把缩小或消灭城乡差别作为社会发展目标之一,而且还应当继续适当扩大城乡差别。
With a view to building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving industrialization in China, a pattern of labor transfer that is in accordance with the conditions of China can be built by drawing on the labor transfer pattern in the western countries. The paper puts forward a new point of view on the gap between town and country: at the present stage, we should continue to properly widen the gap instead of narrowing or eliminating the gap as one of the goals of China's social development.
